GC for siblings

Hi
I'd like to apply GC for my brother in india.

have a couple of questions
* Can we apply for Visitor visa while GC is in Process ?
*I have not applied for his GC yet. Which would be a better option - to apply for GC first or visitor visa and then GC ?

Can he come here on Vistor Visa and then I can apply for his GC? I'd like them to visit atleast once within the next year. Kindly suggest based on your experiences and knowledge

Are you US citizen. Wait for siblings to get immigration visa is nearly 10 years.

Q1. Should we try Visitor visa first & Then GC for them?

Q2. Can I apply for their GC first & Then apply for Visitor Visa? Is it OK to apply for Visitor visa when GC is in process?

They should apply for the visa first. Once the process is finished then let them come visit you and then apply for the GC.
In some cases a visa has been denied due to the fact that a person has a GC application pending. Secondly an entry with a visa could be denied considering a person an intending immigrant since upon arrival your brother has to disclose that he has a GC petition pending for him

Can someone here start a business ( Like a convenience store or gas station ) and try to bring their sibling here? Is there any restrictions on that? or if someone else owns a business can they get people from india sponsoring GC / any other visa other than H1 directly?

Its a very long process and you might need help of an attorney. If it was that easy, half of the India would be here, don't you think so?
It won't be easy and be ready to spend lots of money on the attorney with no guarantee of approval.
