urgent Need advice please

iam worried about my H1B extension and my legal status i think i can only stay 180days after my visa expires, please advice me iam in really need of help.

Once your wife becomes a citizen, you don't have to worry about accumulating out of status time. That time period will be forgiven by the USCIS provided you don't leave the country.

Thanks for reply, in worst case if h1b denied and my out of status time more then 180days still am i eligible to apply green card after my spouse become citizen.pls advise.

As long you entry in US was through a legal way, your out of status time will be forgiven if you marry a US citizen.
