    I751

    My marriage-based green card (2 year) expires on 14th of July, 2011. I have to be out of us from May 15th till June 10th of 2011. Will I still be allowed to apply for the renewal green card after that? I know that I can apply 90 days before it expires but I won't be able to do so due to my travel schedule and won't be able to make it for the fingerprints during that time. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do?

      My current GC expires in July 14 and I should be back by first week of June. Is it going to be too late to apply for the renewal green card?
