Priority date and GC estimated time

Hi,
I am a US citizen and have applied for a GC for my sister in June 2005. Can some one tell me roughly when she is likely to be able to get her GC? Looking at the latest visa bulletin for 4th category (Brothers and Sisters of Adult Citizens) for India, it shows 01JAN02 as the priority date. Since my application has a date of 2005, it she likely to get it in 3 years time?

Not really. The PD does not move a year with every passing year. It depends on the visa number availability and the demand. It could still be Jan 2003 after 3 years if there are many applicants in that year with a PD. In short, no predictions can be made.
