when to send I-865 to USCIS, (just sent I-864)?
Hi everyone
I have a question regarding I-865 form.
I’m sponsoring someone (sending I-864 form 20 days ago), but the case is still in NVC and it’s probable not to be accepted and He still doesn't have any A number to be filled in I-865 I’m wondering if I should fill out I-865 right now. (I just moved 9 days ago) or wait till the case be accepted (it takes 20 days) and if accepted, change my address in USCIS ( I have sent an email to NVC to inform my new address).
