Sponsor sister and her family (husband and kids )

Hi,
Experts please can you help me understand the process for sponsoring Sister and her husband and their kids one 20years another 17 years.
Do I file all Four I-130 applications one for sister, one for brother inlaw and two for kids?

Any input is appreciated.

No. You can only file an I-130 petition for your sister. When she immigrates (after a visa number becomes available 17+ years from now), the spouse and unmarried under-21 children that she has at that time will be able to immigrate as derivative beneficiaries.

Thanks for the reply. So if I understand correctly,
will have to file one I-130 with my sisters details and her family details in Item 4 of the form.
and wait for approval.
then when priority date available NVC will contact me to file I-864 and then send to India for processing.
At that time my sister will file DS-260 along with her family.

Is this correct understanding of the process.
