I have a couple of questions on the address and employment history section of I-485 form am preparing for my mother.
For the last 5 years address history
Regarding employment history
My mother has been retired for last 10 years. She is drawing pension. Do we need to indicate the company from which she is drawing pension? Or the job she did prior to retirement?
Grandparents DOB
Finally, we don't know my grandparent's DOB, they were born 100+ years back, and there is no record for their DOB. So, in my mother's parent section, do I indicate their DOB as unknown? Any explanation I have to add for it?

- My mother has visited USA many times on B2 visa. Each visit has been around 6 months, and she has returned to India within the 6-month period each time. Do we need to include these visits in address history?
- Secondly, she is currently in USA. I am doing concurrent I-131 + I-485 application. Do we need to include her current USA address as the latest address? If so, what should be its start date? The date she reached USA or the date we submit I-485 application?
