  • I-130 approved, Parents in US But I-94 expiring in Feb End

My parents were in US since Sept 2010 and I applied for I-130 in Sept. I-130 is approved now and I was wondering to file for I-485 or I-824. They have to leave on Feb 28 (because I-94 is issued till Feb 28) and not sure if I-485 will be approved by then. Any feedback is appreciated?

I could be wrong, but i heard/ read you can file I-130 and I-485 to gather,
But still u can file for thier 485, the catch is you have to file 485 before thier Visa/ stay expires, so once 485 accepted/ received, they will be in adjustee status.

just curious, can you please share your receipt/ notice date and approval date, i filled for my parents in Nov 5, 2010, so i want to get some stimate when thier apporval will be on thier way. Thanks Jigar
