Hi,
I filed my taxes as married filing jointly with my spouse for 2023. I am currently filing I-864 for my parents. My W2 income would be more than sufficient to meet the requirements for I864 for my household size including parents. My question is: for I-864, what is the required document I should submit wrt taxes? Is it -
The financial evidence assistant suggests I submit transcript + w2.
I have looked at multiple forums without much clarity. Specifically, I am not sure if the below instructions from I864 require you to submit IRS transcripts + w2 or full tax return with w2s and 1099.
Much appreciate any input based on your experience.
"If you provide a photocopy of your tax returns, you must include a copy of each and every FormW-2 and Form 1099 that relates to your returns. Do not include copies of these forms if you provide an IRS transcript of your returns rather than a photocopy unless you filed a joint tax return with your spouse."
Thanks.

- IRS transcripts for 2023 + W2 (or)
- Complete tax return for 2023 + my W2 + 1099s (way too much longer than just transcript)
