Hi All,
I'm here on H1B visa. We(me and my USC husband) got married in oct 2010. Since we
are living in different state within US
1) is it advisible or can I apply for green card?
We got married twice, once in US(oct) and in my native country (dec).
The only time we lived together was after marriage for 15days (in Dec) while
we were aboard. We dated for 4years before marrying.
2) How should I answer question #21 of I-130 form
Q21: [If filling for your husband/wife, give address at which you lived
together? From: to: ]
Should I give the address of my native country where we lived together for 15
days?
3) If I quite my job and moved to his place and apply for green card on the
day I quite/move there, will I be legal in this country for the duration my
application is in process?
