    Resubmitting the I-130 for my parents after withdrawing the previous one

    Hi friends,

    I am an USC. I applied for I-130 for my mom months ago and then wrote a letter to USCIS to withdraw it because I wasn't sure about the timing. Now I got the letter that it is officially withdrawn. Is my only option to refile it? Will it cause any suspicion? Please note, it's for my parents not for my spouse.
