Adding a child to a pending I-130

Hello All,
Is it possible to add a child to a pending I-130 (filed by a GC holder for his wife). If yes, until what stage of I-130 can it be done?

just email NVC with your case number and say that you have a newborn child.
They will reply within 2-3 weeks usually and tell u what u need to send
I had the same situation and they told me to send a copy of the birth certificate and a copy of the passport (first two pages)
