Hi,
My brother is US Citizen and he had applied for GC under family based (category 4) for me and my family. Now me and my wife has been asked to deposit fees by NVC. Meanwhile my daughter has turned over 21 and she is married now.
Please let us know how can she and her husband be considered for GC under CSPA.
