No of family green card for India in 2024

I am planning to submit green card I130 for my mother. Does anyone know what are the no of approved family based greed card for Indian citizens in 2024? Will there be any changes to paise in this family based category after Jan 20th?
Would you recommend I hold off till Jan 20th or later before applying after reviewing the new policies for green card

Parents of US citizens are in the Immediate Relative category, which has unlimited visa numbers. The person's nationality or place of birth doesn't matter.

The President can suspend entry of any group of immigrants or nonimmigrants at will. There has not been any announcements of any plans to suspend entry of any group of family-based immigrants.
