Hi All,
My wife is a citizen and I am on H1B. She applied for my GC and I got an email from USCIS saying that my EAD has been approved and will be mailed to me. My que is regarding my travel to india early next month. I am on h1b for 3.5 years (I already got it stamped once) and this time I need to get it stamped. So, do I still need to get it stamped if I get my EAD ? OR I also need AP (travel doc) to come back (If I choose not to get visa stamped)?
