Hi,
I have obtained US Citizenship through naturalization.
Now I want to apply for I-130 for my brother and his family.
In my old Indian Passport (Now cancelled) my mothers name is spelled something like Sharma Leela Bhaskar (Not her real name)
In my mothers passport, her name is something like Leelavati Bhaskar Sharma (Again not real name)
Now, would that create any issue when I try to prove that I am the child of my mother?
Any advice is appreciated.
