Green Card for my Spouse who is on F1 Student Visa

Please help!
We just got married in US, currently my spouse is on F1 Student Visa, and I'm a legal permanent resident here. I will apply green card for her next month. I know we have to wait a year or two for the Priority Date.
She will start her Optional Traing for a year starting on April, 2011, and will end by March, 2012. In order for her to remain in US, I recommend she applies for a new I-20 in a new college.
My question is
"Can she still get a new I-20 next year after i file her I-130?".
The reason I ask is because on Item 11 (student certification) of the I-20, it asks for the student's affirmation that she seeks to remain in the US temporarily.
