Priority date March 09 file rejected for fee and PD

immi help I need your help
My husband is a green card holder and is filling for me. I received my I130 approval and have a priority date of March 2009. I sent the following document out to USCIS 1485, Parole doc and EAD doc with a fee of $1070. My form was sent back to me for the following reason. Fee not correct & " ur priority date does not appear to e current. File was sent Dec 31 arrived Jan 5th USCIS when file was sent priority date was current

Please advise can I send the AOS package out again
Also why am I told the fee is not accurate

After approval of I130 they will send you choice of Agent form with that you have to pay $70 they will inform you to submit the AOS then they will give invoice for $400 for immigration form and then you have to send them DS-230 form with all the civil documents required ... i think you going faster then what they want that the one reason i see and where did you get the $1070 amount i thinks its much more then what they required so go through this website carefully and also www.uscis.gov website carefully and don't get excited and go ahead of process that will delay your process that what they say. i have gone according to the above steps.
