Hello,

My Mom a US citizen has filed for my Green Card. My mom does not have any income and my sister through whom my mom got her citizenship is gonna sponsor me.

Does she need to fill 864A only or 864A and 864

Any help would be great.

Your mom fills 864 irrespective of her earnings.

If your sister and your mom live in the same house then your sister fills 864A. If your sister lives at a different address to your mom then your sister fills another 864 as a joint sponsor.
