  • I 130 Rfe Request

Hi all, My mum who is a USC filed the I130 for me. I am Over 21 and unmarried british citizen. we recieved a Rfe today stating that they need more evidence because my birth certificate was registered 2yrs after my birth. We have decided to have the DNA test done as well as have family members write an affidavit.

My question is - i plan on visiting my mum for a week at the end of the month and i would like to just have the Dna test done while i am out there rather than the long process of me waiting for the embassy in London to contact me.

I would like to know if there are any implications of me doing this or do i have to go through the embassy here in London.

    Many Thanks...

DNA tests would be valid only if performed at approved center by USCIS or London Embassy.

    Good luck.
