Permanent Resident Application

I am a US citizen, who is filing for my sister and brother to come to the United States. My sister was not married, when I filed the original application 10 years ago. Her husband is not ready to emigrate to the US. Should I mentioned that my sister is married? Does that hurt her chances?

My brother overstayed on his visa 15 years go. Should I mentioned that he overstayed on the FORM ES230?
