  • Filling out the forms are driving me nuts... Please Help!

I'm in the process of adjusting from a F-1 Student that got married to a US-Citizen January 25, 2011.

I have these papers in front of me:

    I-485
    I-130
    I-131
    I-864
    I-765
    G-325A

We have managed to fill out most of it, but there are some straggler questions that needs some guidance. Nothing major.

I entered through Customs in Montreal Canada when I came here on my Visa. Should I pick Montreal as my port of entry, and not LA, which was my final destination?

Is my VISA-number the control number or the number with red (8 digits)?

On the I-130, C. 14, it asks for Arival/Departure record. Is that the black printed number on my I-94?
Date authorized stay expired as shown on I-94, is that answer D/S? Thats the only info I can find about any length of stay.

Thank You if you are the one helping me!!!!

Point of entry is the airport which you landed in USA. The arrival stamp should be there in your passport. That is your point of entry in USA.

Your F-1 visa number should be printed on the visa sticker in your passport pretty clearly.

Yes, number printed on your I-94 is your arrival record.

Your authorized stay expiry is mentioned on your F-1 visa sticker as well.

    Good luck.
