my husband and me recently got green card in dec 2004 and my son (6 years)is in india since 3 years so we applied I824 in may 2003 but right now for 824 type the processing dates are nov 2004 but till now we did not here any thing form them our lawyer wrote a letter and called to enquire they told they will do it but till now nothing is done what can we do further to enquire about it please some one advice me
