I-751 Form <??>

Does anybody know anything about I-751 form? I got married to an American citizen 7 months ago and I am trying to apply for a green card. I found some information that if a person is married less than 2 years they have to file form I-751 with the 'adjustment packet', but that for costs $505!!! Do I really need it??
