my case was filed in 2001 and in october 2010 i received the agent selection form. i wanted to ask that , if my beneficiary refuses to take my responsibility of my case then , is there any way for me to further , fill up the form get a new sponser and complete my case.

No. As when the time comes to file the I-864 financial support form then the main beneficiary has to fill that out.

Depends why does your beneficiary not want to take responsibility?

What do you mean by responsibility?
