I have a few questions based on the family based GC.
My parents both received their green card last year through my older sister who is a US Citizen. I have been in the country from 1998 but mostly on student visa for my education until last year. Last year I got my H1B approved which is technically valid till the end of 2013 after a year on my OPT.. My parents want to apply for my GC through them under the un-married son over 21 yrs clause. My questions are...
1) Is it possible for them to apply for my GC and if it is..what forms would I need to fill out?
2) How long would the process take?
3) Would my alien number be the same number with which my OPT and H1 got applied?
