Anyone have experience of trying to get your conditional status removed when you are in the middle of a divorce if your spouse wont sign the paperwork? The instructions for filing I-751 say you have to include your divorce papers but I am not divorced yet. It looks like the divorce is going to take a long time before it is finalised as it is very complicated but I-751 has to be filed now.
