process for Upgradation of preference catagory.
HI... guys.........
My PD is 1FEB, 2009. retrogation moved my case from current to two years back... my wife who filed for my petition is getting citizen by November 2011, so i am planning apply after upgradation of preference catagory from F2A to IR-1.. guys i need help in applying the same i know its too early but this time i dont want to miss the train...lol..
How to apply for change of catagory
i read it here that attached the copy of I-797 but i did not recieved any such things i had already submit my DS-230 form and civil document to NVC and they have informed on query that my case is listed in documentary completed list...
and how much approximately time it took take change of catagory and when should i approximately go to US after apply for change of catagory....
