USC filing for minor child abroad

Hi all,
I have just been sworn in as a USC! I am trying to get my minor son here before he turns 18 this April and need advice. As he has to be physically here in my custody and I understand he is eligible for immediate imigration, no visa number. Does anyone know how I am to do this?? Is there anyway to bring him here and adjust the status for the GC? I can get him here quickly on a travel visa, but I dont believe that can be status adjusted. Appreciate all input.

If he is able to get visitors visa, he can come here and adjust status, but I don't think he will get visitors visa because he is an intending immigrant.
