My sister, a U.S. citizen, recently applied for green cards for my parents who are living overseas.
Does anyone know if they will be able to get some sort of permit to travel to U.S. while their cases are pending approval? I guess I'm thinking of like an Advance Parole for people who are already in US and are awaiting for adjustment of status approval. I wonder if there's something like this for applicants who are living outside of U.S. when their applications were submitted.
My parents' cases started around Dec-2010.
