Is F2A (Spouse GreenCard holder) category getting slowed now?

My wife is on GC and She has put file for me on 03/01/2011 (1st March). How long it takes now a day.

No one can predict the visa bulletin movement.

It used to take 5 years not a long ago, then priority date was only 4 months in past and now it is again around 2 years.
