was detained by ICE but already married to USC,, any help

l got arrested at the DMV by ICE and detained for 3 days until l got released by a bond..l am supposed to get a court date soon, that is a NOTICE TO APPEAR...we had been married for 3 months.....l came here as an F1 student, spent 1 year in school could not continue sch since l l could not pay....worked for a while and have been out of status for about a year and half....what is the best way to handle this issue...any options for me...thanks
