  • Father filing I-130, I've been in the US before

I'd appreciate if someone could give advice on how we should file I-130 for me.

I've lived in the US for 7+ years on F1 visa and then left back to the country of origin, I had D/S on I-94 (no date as to when I should leave), I also had SS number, I've never been under removal or deportation proceedings, had a job, no criminal history, maybe couple speeding tickets. My question is should my Dad who has just became US citizen write that I had SS# on I-130? Does it take long for processing?

    Thanks.

If the forms asks him to document it than he has to. I don't think it will delay your case.
