i,m little confused in processing time on the website of USCIS. . My mother as a lawful greencard holder planning to apply for my brother as a unmarried son over 21. Processing time for this petition is coming up 5 months no matter what is your service center on USCIS WEBSITE . But forums & discussion in here & in many other webisites PEOPLE r still waiting & LOOKS LIKE its a process of more than 5 years . so what is really true . uscis website for this category states processing time for only 5 months. Please help me here.
