  • I 130 I 485 I 131 I 765 together?

Well i am 17 and going to be 18 soon I came to america with my family on L2 visa and overstayed in 2003 and since the dream act didnt pass i am planing to get married after i turn 18 and get my wife to apply for i 130 partition i was wondering should i apply for I 485, I 131 and I 765 all together. i read on the internet that you can do something called USCIS lockbox is that true? how do i do this? i read on the USCIS website how to apply for all the forms but it was a little confusing. My family has a lawyer in Florida that is working on my dads case while we live in Virginia but since i cant wait for my dads paper with will bring me legalization in 4 years or so since i really want to go to state collage in 1 or 2 years.

so basically am i doing everything right like am i eligible with entering the country legally and applying for i 130 partition after marriage?

and should i fill out all the forms at the same time?

show i get help from a lawyer?

And is there a guide or something to help me fill out the forms correctly so no issues will come up and the process would be faster

There is no faster processing at all you wait like the rest. As you are still in the US and you intend on marrying yes you file AOS along with 130 read USCIS and download instructions cause if you can't understand that then I don't like your chances at interview.

      Barbara,

We appreciate you helping others by answering the questions here.

However, you continue to refer everyone to go to USCIS to read the instructions. That is NOT acceptable.

E.g., we have excellent instructions for Family Based Green Card, at https://www.immihelp.com/family-based-greencard/ If you feel something needs improvement there, please feel let us know.

Please note that we don't just run the discussion forum, unlike other immigration web sites. We have extensive content on our web site and the discussion forum is to be used as a complement to that content and not as instead of that content.
