has anyone know how long does it take for a humanitarian reinstatement request letter be approved (petitioner dies, benificiary on F3 approved petition, filed in manila)? from approval, how long does uscis approved the immigrant visa for the benificiary?

hi,I was in the same situation as you are.my mother who was the petitioner died so I had to ask for "humanitarian reinstatement".it took 6 months for the answer to come,but fortunately it was approved.good luck!

Humanitarian reinstatement

I am having the same case as you. My case is pending for visa at NVC and my dad just passed away. However, I would like to know more details from you. How many immediate relatives you have in Albania and U.S? As I understood, you need to have a very strong ties to US so that you can go so appreciate it if you could share me this and may be a sample of reinstatement letter.
