Hello Everyone,
On immihelp website it says the fee is $505 and there is no biometric fee.
However on USCIS Website it says :
Filing Fee :
$505. (Add $85 biometric fee for a total of $590, where applicable. See the form instructions for payment details.)
Special Instructions :
Note on Filing Fee: Please include the base petition fee plus $85 biometric services fee for all conditional resident applicants. Each conditional resident child listed under Part 5 of this form who is a dependent seeking to remove their conditional status, is required to submit an additional biometric services fee of $85, regardless of age.
Do I need to include biometric fee?
my case : I was working in US on H1-B when I married to my US Citizen wife. I applied for Greencard and paid the biometric fees at that time. Also I completed the biometric appointment and then I got my conditional greencard. So do I have to pay again and go through that procedure one more time??
Please help asap and I have to mail the package first thing tomorrow morning.
