2 Questions about the I-130 Form

I have 2 questions that you can hopefully answer. My Mother-In-Law (perm Res) already has an application in for 1 minor Daughter. While that one is she now wants to send in a second App for her other Daughter.

Question 1 Does sending in 2 I-130 forms in at seperate times hurt or it makes no difference?

Question 2 Me and My wife will be the sponsor for both and live in USA. My mother in law because her daughter is young lives in Ecuador and comes to USA and stays 2 months out of the year. Do you think that is something they would look at that could possiblly hurt our chances of getting them here?
