Green Card denied! Need help !
Hy guys !
Here is shortly my case.
I came to US in 2008 W&T & then in 2009 W&T & got married with US citizen.We filed for Green Card through marriage, everything was fine but we had issue with Affidavit of Support cause my husband never payed taxes
so his relatievs helped me so we could file papers.
While we were waiting for interview i got Advance Parole so i went to see my family & when i was away, husband got paper saying that Affidavit of Support was denied & he doesnt wanna me to come back to US. So after all fights & arguments that we had i didnt came back, now i dont know what i should do ? I mean we are still married, & i dont even know how i can come to US, because i dont have any visa, as well as i dont have Green Card.
If someone can suggest what i can do in this situation i will highly appreciate !
