Visitor visa status while I-130 is pending???

The current timeframe for getting Green Card through US citizen brother/sister is over 10 years. During this time when the petition is pending, can the beneficiary who has a visitor or business visa travel to the US?

Possible but very less chance of success as they have already proved the immigrant intent.

I had I-130 pending and I renewed my visitors visa while it was pending.

Now it has been approved and I will be visiting again soon on visitors visa.

Since petition takes more than 10 years, you can travel I think.
