I-130 Mom Name Issue

Hi,

First of all thanks in advance for your help. I am submitting I-130 for both my mom and dad (I am a US citizen). My US birth certificate has my mom's name misspelled.

-My US Birth Certificate shows:

Mother: Sandi Osario

-My Mom's Foreign Birth Certificate shows:

Sandy Osorio (correct spelling)

Parents Foreign marriage certificate shows:

Sandy Osorio (correct spelling)

Would this be a problem if documents are submitted as is? An affidavit is needed to state that my mom's name was misspelled on my US certificate?
