My suggestion would be to get your citizenship first (as stated by you soon) and then apply. You don't need a lawyer, its easy stuff........

You will need to file the following forms with USCIS:

• I-130
• G-325A (for both you and your husband)
• I-864 (you may be able to get by with I-864EZ)
