Help needed on G-325A and I130 form

I was filling out the form G-325A and I130 for my Mom's green card. Had following questions that I was not clear about..as to what to fill:

G-325A: Date of Birth of Father and Mother
1. My Mom herself is about 65 years of age..and as you know its really hard to know the DOB of my Grand parents (pro****ly they would have not known). Whats acceptable to put here?
2. Former Husbands: I assume I have to fill my father information here (late) and Date of termination of Marriage would be the day he passed away?

I-130: Similar question is asked there (prior husbands and date marriage ended- C11, C12). Is that section applicable for Widowed? Do we have to mention my late father information on C17?

Looks like this question is confusing enough or no one has encountered such a situation. Not received any suggestion/feedback on this.

Let me try. I understand your mom is widowed and she doesn't know her parents' date of birth.

I myself do not know my parents' dates of birth and they are both deceased. So, I put 'Unknown' for 'date of birth' and 'Deceased' for 'City and country of residence'.

Since she is widowed, she would fill out the 'former spouse' column with 'none' as this is not applicable to her (unless she was married more than once, which doesn't seem to be the case here).

I filled out this form myself when I filed I-130 for my spouse and the case got approved. So, I am pretty confident you can do this. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. And it does make sense with what you are outlining. Its just that on the G-325 they don't have a place to mention Widow status, and so it makes it slightly confusing as to whether we should fill information about my Late father in the Former Husband or not.

'Former husband or wife' column is definitely for previous marriages, so I wouldn't put it there. Instead, put the information of her deceased husband in the 'Current husband or wife' column and put 'Deceased' somewhere anywhere in that area where space permits. If that information was critical, they would have asked that question separately. So, take it easy.

In I485 also it asks to list present spouse..but I did not include my father information there for the reason that relationship is not active anymore and seemed to be in-applicable there.
