Can a green Card Holder bring his dependent father to USA permanantly

I am aged 59 years and is depended on my only son.

His green card is being processed.

After getting green card can he keep me permanently in US as I am dependent on him due to my old age and there is no one in this world to take care of me.

His wife is also in US under H1B visa. She got it independently.

He has to be U.S. citizen before he can sponsor your green card.
