I submitted my application in 1996, is there a way to speed up the process?
I am a naturalized US citizen since 1992,and my brother is a Mexican citizen. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

I-130 filed in 1996 and never heard back?? That's a long time. You should call the respective processing center and find out what happened.

Do you have an approval from USCIS for your petition? If you do, you should have an application number which you can check at the USCIS website. If you haven't received the approval yet then there is something wrong. It can also be a case of lost in male. Did your check or money order clear for the fees?

Last but not least if you still cannot figure out, please call the USCIS customer service number and ask them.
