I am getting ready to mail the documents for my parents green card Petition. I would appreciate if you can go thru the list and see if anything is missing
Here are the list of documents I am enclosing:
1. Cover Letter
2. G-1145 – [E-Notification of Petition]
3. Filing fee of $420.00 stapled on Form I-130.
4. I-130 – [Petition for Alien Relative]
5. Filing fee of $1070 stapled on I-485.
6. I-485 – [Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status]
7. I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.
8. I-131 Application for Travel Document
9. Copies of Naturalization Certificate & US Passport of Petitioner.
10. Copies of Passport, Visa, and I-94 of Applicant.
11. Birth Certificate documents of Applicant
12. Copy of Marriage Certificate of Applicant
13. Copy of School leaving Certificate of Applicant
14. Form I-864 – Affidavit of Support
• Letter of Employment
• Feb-April 2011 Pay Stubs
• 2010 Federal Tax documents: 1040s, W-2s, 1099s, IRS Tax Transcript.

How are you addressing the vaccination record/information for your parents as required in I-693.

My parents got a certificate of the vaccinations from India. Had to take a Pneumonia shot and a TB skin test.

Oh..ok. I need to try to get that for my parent. I-693 has a list of vaccination..not sure if they got all.
