my sister was married with one guys who is US citizen. my sister get visa from mumbai few days ago. my sister already purchase ticket and fly within 3 days. my sister and her husbund has some issu and arguments and her husband planning to give her divorse and deport her to US. he says i can tell immigrant you did fraud with me. and he already some email to mumbai embassy to stop her visa. but mumbai embassy says they can't hold visa after issued. my sister plan to come US but she is scared what happened next. me and my wife joint sponser with her husband. and he gave our resident address to all document in filing when he did. we plan atleast she get conditional GC. he didn't applay for divorce yet. he just reging my sister. because she is waiting to come here after 1year and 4 months of marriage. and our all family is here in USA. he is psyco person. my sister is scared to go and live with her. even we want divorse too. but we think about immigration too.
what is best advise for my sister please?
if she can get conditional GC and her husband applying for fraud , they can deport her immidiatly or she can live until cond. GC expired?
what is safe step for her feature please advise?
