  • I-751 Condition to remove on GC

    Hello All,

Can please someone advise that I have applied for remove condition on my green card (I got conditional green card base on marriage to US Citizen).

After submitting documents I got a letter from USCIS saying that your GC is extended for 1 year however actula expiry date on my GC is May, 2011.

Using that letter form USCIS( Says that my GC expiry date is extended for one year) can I travel out of USA. All I need to go to Canada.

Please someone advice on this will be great help,

    Thank you in advance,

    Abi

Yes, you can travel to Canada with your passport, 2-year GC and that letter.
