Hello! My husband and i have been married 2.5 years. We got our interview a month ago and we didnt get any decision. Is that normal for Casper WYO? Last year he lost his job and we have to find joint-sponsor, Joint-sponsor is our friend, who was fall in love in foreign man. They were married, then got divorced, cause he had problem with police and she figered out he was married with her just for green card, but she really loved him. And she was thinking that their marriage was true. It was 2 years ago, i knew she is clear and she really loved her husband. Her husband was charged with fraud marriage and some other things and he was deported. She workes in tax company and she wanted to help me with i-864 to be joint-sponsor. Does uscis investigate my joint-sponsor? Does it effect to my case? Can my case be denied because my joint-sponsor`s background? We had good interview, the io asked us to draw our bedrooms, we drew exactly the same, IO separeted us at the beginnig, we had a lot questions match, couple didnt match. My husband is telling me he has good feeling about interview, but i`m scared. Please any advice?
