Can I still be qualified?

Hi,
Need to ask just to clear things up. I am 21 years of age. Our Visa Petition was approved when I was 20yrs old. We don't have yet the medical exams and interviews, but my aunt paid for the processing fee including me. Can I still be qualified to be an immigrant or my parent's will petition me again after they get their green card?

Google "CSPA" (Child Status Protection Act) and you will get your answers.
